Back to the role:
The Role
We are seeking a Partner Marketing Manager/Specialist to plan and oversee the implementation of our joint partner marketing strategies for our partners Microsoft and Optimizely. You will report to our Senior Director of Vertical and Partner Marketing in the Americas. Together you will be developing channel-specific marketing strategies, planning co-marketing campaigns, events, and other lead-generating activities with our partners. You will be working closely with the Americas marketing team and the Microsoft and Optimizely practices to align on vertical strategies and GTM plans.
Role Responsibilities
- Building valuable relationships with defined partners to identify new growth opportunities
- Developing partner marketing plans and activities in collaboration with the Americas marketing team, local growth teams, and partner leader
- Developing partner marketing strategies and implementing marketing plans to drive growth
- Working closely with partners of co-marketing activities like events, content marketing and campaigns
- Managing partner marketing communications and establishing strong partner networks
- Evaluating and improving existing partner marketing activations for defined partners
- Collaborating with the Americas marketing team and global content team to develop content around our partners
- Reporting on the impact of partner activities in relation to lead flow and ROI
- Working closely with vertical marketing leads, business development, and account teams to ensure they are equipped with the latest partner go-to-market communications
Minimum Qualifications
As a Partner Marketing Manager in a dynamic environment, we expect that you’re comfortable taking the lead and making fast decisions.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in marketing and/or partner marketing
- BA in marketing, communications or equivalent
- Experience developing co-marketing programs and working on marketing partnerships
- Solid experience in integrated marketing – including content marketing, events and paid media campaigns
- Experience with our strategic partners, a plus https://www.valtech.com/partners/
- Self-starter, solid communication and collaboration capabilities
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Advanced ability to drive creativity and innovation
- English, French, and Spanish a plus
